A fine choice for the occasion, we've had several backpacks in the Elenydd region and thoroughly enjoyed the very wild and remote spaciousness, virtually the entire time in complete solitude, including a traverse of Esgair Garthen.

Thanks Geoff, the Elenydd is a wonderful area, not dramatic, but its openness is rarely matched in Wales.
