The Western Mail have published an article today about our
recent survey of the hill previously listed as a 2,000ft Nuttall.
John and Anne Nuttall coined the name of Moelwyn Mawr North Ridge Top
for this hill and it had remained in their list for the last 17 years ever
since a basic levelling survey promoted it into the ranks of 2,000ft hills that
have a minimum drop of 15m. A more
accurate survey with John and Graham proved otherwise and it fails the
criterion by 0.20m – BOO HOO!!!!
